Product & Strategy | Fintech, Data and AI Products. I am a product and strategy consultant working across product discovery, cloud economics and applied AI. I started in mechanical engineering at NIT Trichy, spent four years at Deloitte building a cloud FinOps practice, took an MBA at IIM Bangalore, and then spent fifteen months with financial services clients at PwC.
The through line is the same in every role. I take a problem that is still vague, talk to the people living with it, write down what done looks like, and stay with the team until the thing ships. I like work where the answer has to survive contact with real users and real budgets.
