Product-minded consultant and IIM-B MBA with 5+ years driving products end to end in financial services — discovery, definition, PRDs, launch, adoption. Experience

PwC India - Senior Consultant, Financial Services

Jun '25–Present

  • - Owned the end-to-end product lifecycle for a Client-MI analytics application — discovery through launch — cutting load times from ~60s to under 7s for ~200 users.
  • - Led discovery for a zero-balance account for gig workers, from customer interviews and workflow analysis through to live launch.
  • - Shipped a bank-wide data-product catalogue with subscribe/access/approval workflows, replacing a manual process, driving adoption to ~100 users.
  • - Drove a P&L cost-optimization initiative for a bank client, preparing board-level decks and executive presentations on financial impact and recommendations.
  • - Scoping under pressure: when a banking client wanted 60 legacy systems migrated from Oracle to SAP in one year — a scope that would normally run three — audited what each system actually carried and found only 3 of the 60 held revenue data. Proposed revenue as the north-star metric and shipped those three live in six months for a small user set first, building trust in the numbers before committing to the rest. (Related outcome: cut management-reporting latency from T+30 to T+2 days for leadership.)
  • - Built a GenAI proof-of-concept for MSME underwriting — scoring credit on alternative data and generating draft loan agreements tailored to risk profile — and presented it to leadership.

Deloitte Consulting (USI) - Consultant, Cloud Strategy

Aug '19–Jun '23

  • - Founding-team member building Deloitte's Cloud FinOps practice from inception, defining the operating model later replicated across member firms (2 Outstanding Performance, 3 Spot awards).
  • - Managed cloud financials for 150+ clients across AWS/GCP/Azure/OCI within a $20M+/yr book; owned the billing cycle for 500+ stakeholders, led a 5-person team.
  • - Drove commitment-lever purchasing (Reserved Instances, Savings Plans, CUDs) — $300K+/yr in recurring savings — plus waste/consumption reviews contributing $1M+/yr in savings for a Fortune 500 client.
  • - One data source, three audiences: the same cloud billing data had to answer completely different questions for leadership (spend vs. budget), finance (chargeback by cost centre), and engineering (which instances were actually oversized or idle). A single combined report satisfied nobody — splitting it into three views of the same underlying data, each cut to the decision that group was making, is what actually landed.
  • - Billing SME shaping the logic and data foundation for CloudBilling 360, Deloitte's GenAI FinOps product, now live on the AWS Marketplace.

JSW Paints - Management Intern, Digital and Finance

Apr '24–May '24

  • - Built an ML model predicting accounts-receivable risk and per-dealer default probability, validated at ~93% accuracy, presented to senior finance and digital leadership.
  • - Designed a risk-based dynamic credit-limit framework projected to cut overdue accounts ~25%; recognized by the CDO, awarded a Pre-Placement Offer.
