The same billing data had to answer different questions for leadership, finance and engineering, so one combined report satisfied nobody and it became three views of the same data, each cut to the decision that group was making.
Outcome
$300K+/yr in recurring savings from commitment levers, $1M+/yr from waste and consumption reviews for a single Fortune 500 client, a $20M+/yr book across 150+ clients and 500+ stakeholders run by a 5-person team, and 2 Outstanding Performance plus 3 Spot awards along the way.
