Took the application's load time from about 60 seconds to under 7 seconds for about 200 users across teams.
Scope the Migration
When a full Oracle-to-SAP migration was scoped at three years for 60 systems, found that only 3 of the 60 actually carried revenue data, and proposed shipping those three first.
Prove It Small
Shipped the 3 revenue-critical systems live in six months for a small user set, building trust in the numbers before committing to the rest.
Outcome
Management-reporting latency dropped from T+30 to T+2 days for leadership, and the phased approach became the template for de-risking the rest of the migration.
