   Owned the end-to-end product lifecycle for a client analytics application on the SAP stack (HANA, Datasphere, Analytics Cloud) with a React front-end and role-based access control, working with 20 engineers and 2 designers to ship 20+ dashboards and reports.

   02 · Cut the Load

   Took the application's load time from about 60 seconds to under 7 seconds for about 200 users across teams.

   03 · Scope the Migration

   When a full Oracle-to-SAP migration was scoped at three years for 50 systems, found that only 2 of the 50 actually carried revenue data, and proposed shipping those two first.

4. 04

   04 · Prove It Small

   Shipped the 2 revenue-critical systems live in six months for a small user set, building trust in the numbers before committing to the rest.
